It's something Tuckfields Conveyancing – formerly known as Southern Property Conveyancing - has been doing since 2004, where Samantha started the business from her home office on O’Sullivan Beach Road at Morphett Vale.

“Some clients may remember the ‘big fish’ on the wall and the ginger cat that used to lay on the desk while I met with clients!” she laughs. “But that was ages ago and a lot has happened since then.”

Since 2016 the expanded team has been operating from their current location at 3/197 Main South Road Morphett Vale (behind Bendigo Bank, off Conington Crescent).

“We love our clients! And being involved in our clients' stories – one of their big life moments – buying or selling property. We love hearing how excited people are when we call to say ‘settlement’s gone through, you can collect your keys’, or ‘settlement’s gone through, funds are in your account’. Sometimes it’s not exciting though, sometimes it’s sad – an elderly person upset about moving out of their home of 50 years, relationship breakdowns, financial struggles. But through all these stories, we know and trust that our service is helping to alleviate some of the stress and overwhelm, and that’s so important!  We make it simple for our clients, so they can focus on all the excitement of their beautiful new home or moving forward in life,” she concludes.
